A Broadcast List is a group of contacts which will be targeted when sending out specific broadcast messages.
For example, you may have one list for contacts who will receive your Newsletters, and a different list for those who receive your press releases.
You can create as many different lists as you require and use them to run your campaigns at different times.
Create a Broadcast List
1. From the side navigation, click on CRM.
2. Click on BROADCAST.
3. Click on MANAGE LIST (top right).
4. Click CREATE NEW LIST.
5. Enter a list name and description. These will not be displayed to the recipients of your campaigns and are for internal reference only.
6. Click SAVE. The new list will now appear in the Manage Lists area.
