You can de-activate any user by going to the MY ACCOUNT section, then under the Kazeli Accounts & Permissions section, click on EDIT beside the username you wish to update as shown below.
Then select NO beside the Active status and click Submit.
If you are unable to deactivate due to the user being the master account, follow the directions below. From the MY ACCOUNT section, click USER & GROUP PERMISSIONS as shown below.
Then select GROUP LIST and click EDIT beside the Administrator Group as shown below.
Then click the REMOVE link beside the user you wish to remove from the Administrator Group.
Once done continue with the steps to de-activate a user.
