  • When are invoices issued and paid?
    Invoices are issued each month on your billing date. The date your order is processed is considered your monthly billing cycle date. For example if your order was process on the 11th of January, your next invoice would be issued on the 11th of February. Payments are taken at the same time either by your credit card on file or your Account Balance.
  • Can I cancel my subscription?
    Yes, you can cancel any of our monthly subscription services at any time. Kazeli is an on-demand service, which allows you to enable and disable subscriptions as you wish, with no long-term contracts or commitments. If you cancel any existing paid subscription, you will not be billed again as of your next monthly billing day, following your cancellation request.
  • Can I change plans if my requirements change?
    Of course! It’s a quick and easy process to switch between plans. You simply login to Kazeli and go to the My Account section, under Kazeli Products & Services click the Upgrade/Downgrade link, where you can select your new preferred plan. Your updated billing charges will be posted to your My Account section and your next payment will reflect your new payment plan charges.
