How and where is the “email sent from” managed when updating multiple project or opportunity owners?

When using our Multiple update function with Projects or Opportunities you are given the option to change the Owner.

During this process you are also able to instantly send an email to all of the contacts of the account notifying them of the Owner change. This is especially useful if you would like to introduce the new Account Executive to either your clients or prospects.

The email record above is associated with the new owner. This is managed through the My Account area under User & Group permissions. Typically only administrators of your account have access to make any changes to that area.
