How do I clear my web browser’s cache?

  • Created: June 17, 2015

Each time you access a file through your web browser, the browser caches (stores) it. By doing this, the files (including any images on the page) do not have to be retrieved new from the remote web site each time you click the Back or Forward buttons. You should periodically clear the cache to allow your browser to function more efficiently when using Kazeli.

If you do not see instructions for your specific version or browser, search your browser’s Help menu for “clear cache”.

Internet Explorer 7
Tools > Internet Options > Under Browse History click Delete > Check the Temporary Internet Files and click Delete.

Firefox 3 for Windows
Tools > Clear Private Data click Clear Now > Make sure Cache is checked, then click Clear Private Data Now.

Safari
Do not use Safari with Kazeli. It’s not supported. If you are using a MAC, make sure to Download Firefox.

Firefox 3 for Mac OS X
Tools > Clear Private Data >Make sure Cache is checked, then click Clear Private Data Now.
