I can’t get past the account creation page, or I’m seeing a message to enable my cookies. What should I do?

If you’re having trouble creating a Kazeli Account, here are a few troubleshooting tips:

Check if your browser’s cookies are enabled. If, after entering your information and clicking Create my account, the page simply refreshes and doesn’t return a confirmation page, you may need to enable your browser’s cookies.

Clear your browser’s cache and cookies. If you have cookies enabled but the page still refreshes with no error message, you can try this option. Instructions for clearing your cache and cookies are different for each browser type.

From Internet Explorer:
Tools > Internet Options > Under Browse History click Delete > Check the Temporary Internet Files and click Delete.

From Firefox:
Tools > Options > Privacy > Under Private Data click Clear Now > Check the Cache checkbox and click Clear Private Data Now.
