We are aware of an issue regarding missing attachments caused when the sender sends an email with an invalid character to a Kazeli email account.
Unfortunately we have no way around this until Microsoft and Adobe offer an update as the emails are rejected from the file system. Whenever we are able to detect missing attachments however Kazeli will automatically notify you. This is done via an email notification that alerts you that X number of attachments haven’t come through.
We do store the emails temporarily in their native form (between 1 to 5 days depending on your settings) on our mail server so you can retrieve any missing attachments via your Kazeli webmail account.
To access your webmail, you need to ask your administrator for your webmail username and password, if you don’t already have it.
Your administrator can access this information by going to MY ACCOUNT > MANAGE DOMAINS & EMAILS > POP DOWNLOAD.
Once you have your webmail username and password you can access your Kazeli Webmail account by going to: http://webmail.kazeli.com.
