The Occasion Date can be set by going to:
- From the left navigation click CONTACTS
- Search for a Contact and click on a contact to view
- From within the selected Contact window click FIELDS found in the lower right corner
The Occasion Date can be used to run SCHEDULED Follow Up Campaigns and Broadcasts based upon that date. For example, you can automatically send out an email any number of days/weeks before or after that date reminding them of your service or promotion.
