Receiving email message multiple times when using Kazeli

Problem: Receiving duplicate emails in Kazeli

Issue #1
This could be caused by email forwarding from one account to another which will create a duplicate email.

Solution
To fix this check all of your emails that are being pulled in to Kazeli and verify that none of them are forwarding to each other.

Issue #2
If you are hosting your emails on another mail server and are using the POP3 or IMAP to pull in your emails to Kazeli you may receive duplicate emails. This is could be caused by a communication error from our server back to your mail server.

Solution
To fix this we need to run some tests to your mail server. So please contact support.

Issue #3
If you using Kazeli as your mail server (in this case you have not specified your POP3 or IMAP settings) then the issue is probably due to an email that isn’t able to be downloaded and Kazeli is not able to communicate back to our mail server.
