Problem: Receiving emails are slow when using either POP3 or IMAP to download emails to Kazeli.
There is lots of emails to download from the mail server. This usually only happens the first time. For example, downloading 600 emails will take some time potentially 15 minutes or more… much the same way Outlook would take time.
Be patient and let it run. After the initial emails come in, click GET EMAIL again and let it run for a second time. Repeat this until there are no more emails to collect.
There is one or more emails that are stuck in the queue and for whatever reason Kazeli isn’t able to download them from your server. Sometimes the email is corrupt or possible there is a large attachment (over 15mb). In any of these cases, every time Kazeli attempts to get the emails it will ALWAYS attempt to download those emails every time. 90% of the time it’s SPAM that’s causing the problem.
These attempts can cause a delay in receiving and deleting emails. You’ll notice that sending an email works like a charm.
The only solution in this case is to login to your Webmail and find the email that’s causing the problem and move it to a folder other than the Inbox or delete it.
